What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Assistant Operations Manager, you will ensure operational efficiency by bridging the gap between talent acquisition and account management. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Consultative Recruitment: Lead "Deep Dive" discovery calls to translate complex business needs into realistic recruitment briefs and manage the 30-day hiring pipeline.
- Strategic Account Management: Conduct proactive "Health Checks" and Quarterly Strategy Reviews (QSRs) to identify friction points and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Advisory Leadership: Guide clients on cultural nuances, salary benchmarking, and remote management best practices to prevent churn and protect talent.
- Operational Excellence: Act as the single escalation point for recruitment delays and employment issues while monitoring member sentiment and retention metrics.
- Growth Identification: Partner with stakeholders to identify growth triggers and propose proactive hiring solutions for evolving client needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 3–5+ years of total professional experience, ideally blending Agency Recruitment (360-degree focus) with Customer Success or Account Management.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a client account and use data to inform recruitment strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations and influence high-level stakeholders like CEOs.
- Ownership: A "Radical Ownership" mentality; you take full accountability for results without needing to hide behind specialized roles.
- Adaptability: The ability to "context switch" seamlessly between high-conflict negotiations and high-empathy coaching sessions.
Bonus Points For
- Previous experience in the outsourcing or EOR (Employer of Record) industry.
- Demonstrated capability in change management and process improvement.
- Expertise in the Australian or global recruitment market.
